Situated on the southern coast on the Llŷn Peninsula in North West Wales,

is Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy.
The sailing waters around Plas Heli and Pwllheli, are renowned as world-class waters, with unrivalled views across Tremadog Bay towards Snowdonia, making it the ideal Championship location.

Train & Race Regatta Fleet

Early bird entry fee is £195, the Association is subsidising
the coaching costs.

Early bird entry closes midnight Sunday 26th April 2026 or when the entry limit is reached.

Entry fee includes: Fleet entry, race coaching, Championship event meal & Event T-shirt.

The Train & Race Regatta Fleet event is aimed at younger sailors and new-comers to the circuit to hone their racing skills through 3 full days of race training by the Class Association coaching team and is designed to be a fun event for those sailors just starting their fleet sailing experience. Entry limited to 24 sailors.
