Fourteen sailors took part in the first ever RS Tera Midlands group coaching session with Jonathan Lewis at Draycote Water Sailing Club. This newly formed group is looking to hold more coaching events in the Midlands supporting the RYA’s drive for regional training.

We are now up and running and have successfully delivered our first training weekend at Neyland yacht Club. With Rhys Bromhall helping me organise and run this event it went very smoothly and Jonathan Lewis did a magnificent job even quoted as having magical powers by one of our sailors, “ He just tells you a few simple things and it’s like magic your boat goes a lot faster. “

With no sailing in sight due to the Coronavirus epidemic, the RS Teras staged their first Virtual Regatta, replacing our Start of Season Championships. With nearly 60 sailors participating it certainly was a frenetic weekend!
